Students will take a final exam in each class the last two days of Semester 1 on Thursday (12/19) and Friday (12/20). Attendance on these days are very important so that students do not have to complete finals upon returning to school in January. Teachers will be communicating with students in advance of their finals so that students can begin preparing and studying as needed. Semester grades consist of three components - Quarter 1 (45%), Quarter 2 (45%), and Final Exam (10%). Final exams may consist of a cumulative semester test, chapter test, project, essay, or other assessment deemed appropriate by each teacher. Questions pertaining to final exams should be communicated by students to their classroom teachers.

Honor Roll - Quarter 1
β
Congratulations to the following students for making honor roll for the first grading period.
Students making Honor Roll earn at least 2 A's with no grade lower than a B.
Students making High Honor Roll have earned A's in all of their classes.
A free meal certificate to Texas Roadhouse will be provided to any student who made honor roll the first nine weeks.
Congrats to the many Panthers who earned this honor to begin the school year! We look forward to recognizing many more students with this honor each quarter of the school year!
