ESE Weekly Update

UPDATES/REMINDERS:

  • Safety - Please help us keep students safe by following drop-off and pick-up procedures. We are working with the town council and local law enforcement to address some of the safety concerns we are seeing. Please be sure to follow car rider procedures and traffic laws for the safety of our students. Car riders need to pull into the U-shaped driveway. They can use drop-off A or B in the mornings. Please have your child exit on the sidewalk side. 

  • Preschool Fees - Preschool tuition is due on the first day of each month. If you have not paid for August, please do so ASAP. (Monthly fee = $360) If you pay the full-year tuition of $3600 by August 30, you will save 10%.

  • Grades K-5 Fees - All fees are due at this time. The fees are only $6 per child. Please pay Mrs. Suever as soon as possible, or you can pay online. 

  • Attendance - The laws and policies have been updated. Be sure to contact the office by 8:30 am if your child is going to be absent. If they are not called off by 8:30 am, it will be counted as an unexcused absence. Doctor slips must be turned in within 2 days of appointment. Also, any arrival after 9:30 am is considered a half-day absence. 

    • We know there were a lot of changes in the policy shared with parents, so I wanted to highlight the ones that could impact you and your child the most. 


IMPORTANT DATES THIS WEEK:

August 26 - Portions of Highway 5 will be closed


UPCOMING DATES:

September 2 - Labor Day (NO SCHOOL); LABOR DAY PARADE
